Robindex 由 SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED（心合集團有限公司）运营，是一个面向公开创作者与专业评论者的 AI 分身研究平台。我们通过持牌数据 API 抓取并存储 X（原 Twitter）上的公开帖子，据此蒸馏、索引并更新 AI 分身；分身以本人语气作答，每条引用均回链至原始帖子。分身界面明确标注为 AI 生成。

2 · 账户与登录
你通过 Privy（钱包 / 邮箱）登录并创建账户。你需自行保管钱包与凭证，对账户下的所有活动负责。如发现未经授权访问，请立即通过应用内联系渠道告知我们。
3 · 钱包与充值
账户设美元（USD）钱包。消费时优先扣除赠点奖励，再扣除充值余额。充值金额任意，单笔区间 $5.00–$10,000.00，并按通道收取手续费。除法律另有规定外，充值一经完成即不可退还。
4 · 计费与 BYOK
按调用计费，每笔调用逐项列明（人格、模型、推理强度、token、授权费等），服务器端计费为最终依据。接入自有模型 API（BYOK）时，token 费为 $0，但其他费用（如授权费、平台费）仍适用。
5 · 蒸馏 / 更新奖励与上限
分身蒸馏与更新按先到先得原则。推广期奖励赠点累计上限为初始奖励的 10 倍；该等赠点仅可用于平台内消费，永不可提现。
6 · 认领与授权费
X 账号所有者可认领对应分身。认领后授权费由所有者设定，可为 $0 或 $0.01–$0.10 每次调用；授权费净收入由所有者与平台五五分成。详见《认领协议》。
7 · 提现
提现功能当前尚未开放（实现中）。开放后：仅授权费收入余额可申请提现，且仅支持 Arbitrum One 链上的原生 USDC；最低提现额 $5.00，每笔预扣 $1.00 手续费（即最低到手 $4.00）。蒸馏 / 更新奖励赠点永不可提现。授权费收入可随时 1:1 转换为平台消费余额。
8 · 内容与风险提示
分身回答是基于公开帖子的 AI 研究评论，不构成投资建议。市场有风险，决策需自负。
9 · 可接受使用与知识产权
你承诺不滥用服务（包括自动化爬取、攻击、伪造身份、侵犯第三方权利等）。你保留对所发布内容的权利；分身与平台产物归平台所有。如认为分身侵犯你的知识产权，可通过应用内渠道提交下架请求，我们将在合理期限内处理。
10 · 暂停与拒付
如你违反本条款或存在可疑活动，我们可暂停或终止账户。发起充值拒付（chargeback）可能导致账户冻结与分身下架；已扣减的奖励与余额不予返还（法律另有规定除外）。
11 · 免责与责任限制
服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED 对任何间接、附带、利润损失或数据损失不承担责任，且累计责任以你向我们支付的费用为限。
12 · 变更与联系
我们可随时更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。如有问题，请通过应用内联系渠道与我们沟通。另见《隐私政策》。

1 · Service & AI twins
Robindex is operated by SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED and is a research platform for AI twins of public creators and expert commentators. We fetch and store public X (Twitter) posts via licensed data APIs, distill, index and update AI twins from them, and serve answers in each persona's voice with citations linking back to the original posts. Twins are clearly labeled as AI-generated.
2 · Account & sign-in
You sign in and create an account through Privy (wallet / email). You are responsible for securing your wallet and credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately via the in-app contact channel.
3 · Wallet & top-ups
Each account has a USD wallet. Spending draws from promotional reward credits first, then from topped-up balance. Top-ups are arbitrary amounts between $5.00 and $10,000.00 per transaction, plus a channel fee. Except where law requires otherwise, top-ups are non-refundable once completed.
4 · Billing & BYOK
Billing is pay-per-call and itemized (persona, model, reasoning effort, tokens, license fee, etc.); the server-side meter is authoritative. When you bring your own model API (BYOK), the token fee is $0, but other fees (e.g., license fee, platform fee) still apply.
5 · Distill / update rewards & cap
Twin distillation and updates are first-come, first-served. Promotional reward credits are capped at 10× the initial reward; such credits are spendable on-platform only and are never withdrawable.
6 · Claiming & license fee
An X account owner may claim the corresponding twin. Once claimed, the owner sets the per-call license fee, which may be $0 or $0.01–$0.10; net license-fee revenue is split 50/50 between owner and platform. See the Claim Agreement.
7 · Withdrawal
Withdrawals are not yet available (in development). Once available: only the owner-fee earnings balance may be withdrawn, exclusively as native USDC on Arbitrum One; minimum withdrawal is $5.00 with a $1.00 fee prepaid from the payout (minimum received $4.00). Distill / update reward credits are never withdrawable. Owner-fee earnings can be converted 1:1 into spendable platform balance at any time.
8 · Content & risk
Twin answers are AI-generated research commentary derived from public posts and are not investment advice. Markets carry risk; decisions are yours.
9 · Acceptable use & IP
You agree not to abuse the service (including automated scraping, attacks, impersonation, or infringing third-party rights). You retain rights to content you publish; twins and platform artifacts belong to the platform. If you believe a twin infringes your IP, submit a takedown request via the in-app channel; we will review it within a reasonable period.
10 · Suspension & chargebacks
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity. Initiating a chargeback may result in account freeze and twin takedown; forfeited rewards and balances will not be returned except where law requires.
11 · Disclaimers & limitation
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, lost-profit or lost-data damages, and aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us.
12 · Changes & contact
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us via the in-app channel. See also the Privacy Policy.
