Robindex 由 SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED 运营，其为本隐私政策的控制者。

  • 身份与关联元数据：当你通过 Privy 登录时，我们会处理你的身份令牌以及你选择关联的元数据，例如邮箱、Google 或 X 账号信息。

  • 聊天内容：我们处理你的聊天提示词、模型输出、引用来源、工具调用与 token 计数，以提供并改进服务。
  • 支付与钱包元数据：我们处理钱包地址与支付元数据（如交易状态）。我们不收集或存储完整卡号；卡处理由 Stripe 与 Airwallex 完成。
  • 技术与记录：我们处理 IP 地址、用户代理以及你接受服务条款的记录。
  • KOL 认领验证：当 KOL 认领账号时，我们处理用于确认所有权的验证帖子。
  • 管理与争议证据：我们处理调查争议、执行条款及维护平台完整性所需的内容与元数据。

3 · 处理目的

我们为以下目的处理上述数据：提供并运营服务；账单与订阅管理；欺诈防范与安全；用户支持；以及法律合规与执行。

4 · 处理者

我们依赖以下处理者：Cloudflare（边缘/网络/安全）；Privy（身份）；Stripe 与 Airwallex（支付）；GetXAPI 类服务商（X API 访问）；OpenRouter 及底层模型服务商（推理）；以及 Resend（事务性邮件）。

5 · 跨境处理

你的数据可能在其他国家被处理，包括我们的处理者运营所在地。使用 Robindex 即表示你知悉此跨境处理。

6 · 留存

只要提供服务、结算账单及解决争议所需，我们便会留存你的数据；此后仅在有法律、安全或正当记录需求时继续留存。

7 · 安全

我们采取合理的技术与组织措施保护你的数据。没有任何传输或存储方式是完全安全的。

8 · 你的权利

你可以通过应用内支持联系我们，请求访问、更正、删除或反对处理你的数据；KOL 可请求下架其认领的内容。

Robindex 不面向未成年人，我们不会故意处理未成年人的数据。

1 · Controller

Robindex is operated by SYNHEART GROUP LIMITED, the data controller of this Privacy Policy.

2 · Data we collect

  • Identity & linked metadata: When you sign in with Privy, we process your identity token and the metadata you choose to link, such as email, Google, or X account details.
  • Public X content: We retrieve your public X posts and profile via a licensed X API provider.
  • Chat content: We process your chat prompts, model outputs, cited sources, tool usage, and token counts to deliver and improve the service.
  • Payment & wallet metadata: We process wallet addresses and payment metadata (e.g. transaction status). We do not collect or store full card data; card processing is handled by Stripe and Airwallex.
  • Technical & records: We process IP address, user-agent, and records of your acceptance of the Terms of Service.
  • KOL claim verification: When a KOL claims an account, we process the verification posts used to confirm ownership.
  • Admin & dispute evidence: We process content and metadata needed to investigate disputes, enforce the Terms, and maintain platform integrity.

3 · Purposes

We process the above for: providing and operating the service; billing and subscription management; fraud prevention and security; user support; and legal compliance and enforcement.

4 · Processors

We rely on the following processors: Cloudflare (edge/network/security); Privy (identity); Stripe and Airwallex (payments); a GetXAPI-class provider (X API access); OpenRouter and underlying model providers (inference); and Resend (transactional email).

5 · International processing

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our processors operate. By using Robindex, you acknowledge this cross-border processing.

6 · Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service, settle billing, and resolve disputes, and afterward only as needed for legal, security, or legitimate-record purposes.

7 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

8 · Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing of your data, and KOLs may request takedown of their claimed content, by contacting us via in-app support.

9 · Cookies & local storage

We use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage for essential functions such as session continuity and language preference.

10 · Children

Robindex is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process the data of children.

11 · Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
